Corncrake Re-introduction
Once widespread, corncrakes have declined dramatically in the UK,
and the breeding population is now restricted to a few key areas.
We are working with Hammerton zoo in Cambridgeshire,
sourcing captive bred birds to breed in purpose built enclosures and then
release the young into the Cambridgeshire fens, where they once colonised.
White stork project
We are working with three re introduction projects in the Uk, of who we have supplied adult birds to for breeding, the young from these pairs will join others in helping to re colonise a wild population.
